It is pleasing and reassuring for future home owners of WA wishing to sell their homes to be aware of the exceptional, proactive and professional services of the staff of the Hardcourt Real Estate and the high professionalism of Creagh and Matthew. It is well known that home selling or buying can be stressful but we were fortunate to avoid this experience due to the smooth process, management and regular clear communication from Hardcourt. There was little for us to do but be patient and our home was sold very quickly. The whole process could not have gone any better. We were recommended the service of Hardcourt from a delighted friend and similarly we would have no concerns recommending and encouraging others to use this fantastic service. AJ

Suzi & Arthur Baker went above and beyond to help my Mother Gina with the sale of her home. They made her feel relaxed and called in to see her just for a chat to make sure she was travelling ok during the process. They recommend and organised Services for my mother to assist in the preparation for the marketing of the home and the physical move. Mum and I can’t recommend these two highly enough. Thanks you so much !
