I spotted a property for sale and rang Creagh. Fortunately I was diverted to Matthew Errington who actually dealt with the purchase. He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with me has an interstate buyer with no knowledge of Perth and how things were done here. He explained the process and guided me through it, explaining what would happen and what I needed to do. I would have found it harder and more stressful but for Matthew and I wish him well for the future.

We recently bought our first house and thanks to John we had the best buying experience we could imagine. He was very helpful before the purchase, after we made the offer (e.g. with finding a settlement agent) and after the settlement date. He always responded to emails and calls quickly. If we ever need to buy another house or sell our house, we will use John.

Selling with Force Real Estate was a great experience. Dave Brewer walked us through the whole process, even providing us guidance to keep to a timeline for renovations. Dave was able to use his years of experience and proven marketing techniques to ensure that the property was sold above our expectations and within days. I highly recommend Dave and his team.

John is a great guy, he is honest and genuine which isn’t always common in the field. He was fantastic with myself and my partner in buying our first home. He helped wherever he could and was very flexible and accommodating between ourselves and the seller ensuring that both parties were happy with the outcomes. We really appreciated John while we were buying and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.
