This was the second time we had engaged Suzi & Arthur to sell a house for us and once again we could not have been happier. The energy, enthusiasm and professionalism both Suzi and Arthur put into every sale goes above what you would ever expect. Their advise. Their knowledge of the current market trends. Their communication every step of the way went above and beyond all expectations. The whole process from start to finish could not have gone more smoother and trouble free. We cannot recommend Suzi and Arthur more highly than to say they are magnificent.

Before engaging an agent we spoke to several agents. Creagh was the most knowledgeable of all regarding trends, sales and current properties on the market. His excellent communication skills kept us informed throughout the sale process and we never felt pressured in any way. Creagh was a consummate professional bringing his skill and patience to the table during negotiations. We felt heard and supported in what can be a stressful time selling a family home. Creagh conducts his business with highest integrity and that is a rare commodity in sales. Thank you Creagh for your superb service and we would recommend you to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Dave’s sales and marketing approach was exceptional and was well supported by Tim Tolley throughout the whole process. Dave is a true professional in this field and it was a pleasure to have him involved in the sale of our property.

We approached Nick to sell our property after hearing good things with previous sales he has completed with our friends. We were pretty realistic with the sale price we expected we could get in the current market. Nick was confident he could exceed our expectations and deliver a more than promising result. And to this he delivered on his promise. Nick was punctual, polite and knowledgeable in all dealings we had with him. He was easy to trust and appreciated our situation and was able to support us in the direction we needed to take. I would definitley recommend Nick to others.

The first time I sat down with Suzi to discuss the selling of my house I knew that I had picked the right real estate agent. All my queries were answered with honesty & a good knowage of the industry. When I suddenly fell sick and was hospitalised for a while, Suzi continued to advise me on the market through my daughter, occasionally ringing me for a chat which given my circumstances, I enjoyed . When I finally put my house on the market, I was amazed how quickly it sold and the price I received which was above my expectations. To Suzi and Arthur, I thank you for your assistance in obtaining such a great outcome.

I had engaged Creagh to sell my house after a period of 16 years and not only was Creagh transparent about the service, provided support during the process but was realistic about the market conditions upfront . He kept us updated throughout the process and was proactively creating a portfolio of potential buyers prior to open house periods, to gauge interest levels and possible amount that the buyers were willing to pay for my home. Creagh was very thorough when accessing the buyers financial positions prior and provided recommendations based on the information and was able to find 4 firm offers and in essence used the initial interest level to facilitate a higher final price, which was greatly appreciated. The level of professionalism and trust that was built during the process as my agent was critical, as it allowed me as the vendor to make an informed decision with confidence in the end when selling the family home. Without doubt, Creagh's ability and knowledge played a fundamental role in making the process of selling my home a stress free and easy process.
