We contacted Harcourts to get an evaluation on our property. This was the first and last appraisal request we made . From the moment Chris came into our home, he made us feel comfortable as he walked us though what the process would be . When the right person comes along for the job, you just know it! Our puppy fell in love with Chris’s warm and playful nature and she has enjoyed the journey along with us . Chris holds a high standard of professionalism that would be hard to beat We had an offer in under 24 hours of our house being on the market above asking price and Chris made the whole process smooth sailing .
