Nick did an absolutely fantastic job selling my home in Wanneroo. From the first instance I was impressed by his professionalism, honesty and knowledge of the area and current market. His communication was outstanding!!! Guided by his advice, I was able to present the home for sale and knew what to focus on. The photos were excellent and really highlighted the home and all the good qualities. We had an overwelming response with the first twilight viewing and he received multiple offers pretty much straight away! He worked hard during the negotiation stage and I was extremely happy with the outcome. Nick handled the sale of my home with integrity, skill and precision. He is passionate about real estate and knows his trade really well! Thank you Nick for a job well done!

I reviewed Nick for both properties on a previous request - again, top service, and no problems recommending in future.

We decided to sell our home, so we asked a few companies to come around and give an Appraisal. As soon as Nick introduced himself, you could tell he was someone who loves his job He was already prepared with what was happening around the area, regarding timeframes and prices of recent sales. Nick was very proffesional, polite and made you feel he was the person you would like to help you sell your house. After deciding to go with him, he made sure all the requirements where catered for, he made selling our 1st house stress free.

Nick recently helped us buy our first home. He made the experience stress free and was sure to keep us in the loop as we progressed through the various stages of the home buying process. We would absolutely come back to Harcourts for any future home buying/selling ventures!
