Suzi was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. Her extensive market knowledge and professionalism gave us the confidence to know that we had made the right decision to sell, and the price we achieved was above what we were hoping for. Suzi kept us informed every step along the way and was always available to answer any queries. We would definitely recommend Suzi's services to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Highly recommend Nick! Always quick to get back to us and made everything so easy. Being interstate we had so much trouble with agent returning calls/emails. Nick's service was gold standard, above and beyond. Great experience, thanks Nick!

Dave and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. Always professional and excellent communication. Dave uses his experience and expertise to provide you with a fair appraisal for your property, he doesn’t tell you the price you want to hear to just get your business.

From the first meeting we had confidence in Nick. He was very easy to talk to and really made us feel that he would give us 100%. Nick was very knowledgeable and understanding about our concerns for our wonderful tenants. He was kind and sympathetic to their needs which was important to us. At every step of the process he kept us informed, ringing and updating us regularly. We had a few offers and he negotiated the 'bartering' extremely well and we were very pleased with the resulting sale price. We would highly recommend him.

Creagh gave us a good outline on the property and its price position in the current market. We took the chance to inspect the property twice, no trouble for Creagh, he maintained a pleasant and professional manner and answered questions to our satisfaction. We placed an offer that was accepted and all the paper work was quickly processed and settlement took place in about 30 days. Final inspection and meeting the sellers was well handled as everything else, leaving us well satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Creagh and Matt.
