Courtney recently sold us a house on Moolanda Blvd in Kingsley. It wasn't the first offer we'd put on a place, but it was the first time the agent had invited us into an office (at an afterhours time that suited us, I'll add) to go through the paperwork, and not just sent as a docusign link. We actually got pipped on our first offer, but Courtney was very clear with our options and even though that round we couldn’t up our offer, was incredibly courteous and generous with her time.
