I have used Mike for selling properties for years and I will keep going back because he is up-to-date and on the ball with the current market. He also has impeccable customer service and keeps you updated every step of the way. Highly recommended!!

Claire was recommended to us from a company that works with her regularly and I knew from our first conversation that she was the person I wanted to use to sell our house. We instantly clicked and she totally understood our situation from the outset. Within a couple of weeks we were Under Offer and for far more than the price we had in mind! Throughout the whole process Claire provided a lot of assurances, advice and updates even though I am sure I drove her mad when stress got the better of me! If you are looking for an honest, affordable and friendly agent that really knows her stuff and doesnt give you the sales pitch then I highly recommend you use Claire, she wont disappoint!

Selling my house with Kirrily and Kayla was so easy and hassle free. You know where you are at and stand the whole way through the process and nothing is too much trouble.

John was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave an honest appraisal of the property I wanted to sell. John gave great advice as to how best to present the property which I think was instrumental to a quick and painless sale.

I worked with John 2019/2020 selling my first home and honestly can't fault the support and service. I live abroad and his response time was excellent and always felt I was across the process. It was also a difficult time to be selling and he never simply wanted to drop the price to get it sold and it was wonderful for him to still focus on the value of the property through a difficult period. Look forward to working with him again one day.

Kirrily (and Kayla) were absolutely amazing to deal with. Right from the initial engagement (they actually took the time to sit with me, assess my needs of the sort of property I was seeking, what was important to me etc) and the whole way through the purchase process I was well informed of what to expect next, what I should be doing in advance to ensure a smooth process etc etc......it made my experience easy and stress free. I cannot thank you enough Kirrily for the time spent with me, providing the right level of guidance and ensuring a smooth transition into my new home.

Our experiment with Suzi and Arthur was generally good, although we never actually met Suzi. They both possess a sound knowledge of the Heathridge area and were prompt when answering calls and emails. A few hiccups with settlement dates and advertised price. Final inspection was also a little rushed and unfortunately misleading.

Dave was organised, professional and a great communicator. Nothing was too much trouble, making the sale of our property a lot less stressful and seemless

Nick did a fantastic job at selling our house. From the initial meeting we knew this was the right Agent for us. Nick’s communication with us throughout the whole process was excellent and it made selling our house easy. We’d totally recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell their property!
