As our real estate agent for many years, David has gone “above and beyond” in many spheres, all with the aim of achieving the best sale price possible for us. This is evidenced in his pre-sale discussions, his cogent advice, frequent liaison with us in a very professional manner via a multiplicity of media and keeping us informed re market conditions.

Nic was fantastic from the start of my enquiry with him regarding selling my home. He always answered my calls straight away or called me back promptly and he kept me informed regularly with regard to interest in my home by buyers and feedback from them. I have told everyone l know how fantastic Nick was and l recommend him to everyone l know considering selling or buying a home and even if they aren’t I still recommend him ! Nick was professional yet still friendly and l love how l never had to call him after a home open he always contacted me with any follow up or feedback. Nick gave me an honest opinion on what l needed to do to present my home in the best way to attract interested buyers and he was spot on . I was absolutely blown away that Nick presented me with 3 offers after 9 days on the market but I also credit him with being available to those interested buyers and making time to show them my home when it suited them. Nick is a breath of fresh air in the real estate agent market as his priority is his client he made me feel like my house sale was his priority even though l know he had other properties and sellers .

Courtney was very helpful through the whole process, trying to ensure that everything was perfect for both the seller and myself. Especially through the tough times of COVID19, Courtney has helped to ensure all contracts were fulfilled asap for all parties to achieve the best outcome.

We recently purchased a property through Nick and he was amazing. He is professional to deal with and constantly communicated with us. He went above and beyond. We moved regionally back to Perth and Nick informed us of what we needed to do to cross the regional border checkpoints. We would highly recommended Nick, he takes the stress out of buying or selling a property.
