Dave recently sold our house in Woodvale and made us very comfortable from the initial valuation through to the final sale. Dave and his team were very professional and knowledgeable with many years of experience. Our home sold very quickly, but the service continued with Dave well after we the documentation was all signed. He provided us with great assistance with final inspections, handover and settlement. David’s knowledge and assisting continued as we searched for a new home. He was always quick to reply to all our enquires and provided us with detailed information on the suburbs and homes we showed interest in. Dave and all his team are all very approachable and the whole process was handled well as Dave is genuinely nice guy. We highly recommend Dave, The Force Team and NorthCourt Settlements.

We were first home buyers and therefore this was already a daunting experience, however John made us feel completely at ease the entire time. He was honest and clear with his communication from the get go, no mind games, which we so appreciated after experiences with other agents. John made us feel just as valued as the sellers which made the whole process a friendly and positive one. Thank you John, we will certainly keep you in mind for any future property endeavours. - Sarah and Leandro

On the two occasions I have had the pleasure of working with John - both to sell and to buy a property; I have found him to be very knowledgeable regarding the market and the process and I chose him to assist me because of his attention to detail and his compassion.

Dave and his team are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended from the beginning, right through to the end, of the selling process. Nothing was too hard, he was open and willing to any suggestions we as sellers had with regard to marketing the property we know so well. Couldn't fault the fantastic communication and negotiation skills which resulted in successful results for us.

Overall Stella was a good agent to deal with. Everything ran smoothly with the settlement and hand over of the property. Stella also has good knowledge of the Joondalup area & the property. My only feedback would be that Stella could improve her communication as at times I had to chase her up for things, or information in her messages wasn’t accurate/had spelling errors. However, everything worked out in the end and I am happy with the overall outcome!

David work consistently and diligently to achieve a positive outcome for me and my family, in what many people are saying is the toughest market conditions they have seen. We had seen other properties on the market for sale, listed with other Agents, before we listed ours, and we were concerned that we could simply be adding more stock, without any surety of a sale. David was confident and clear with his message and that confidence prompted us to list the property. I am pleased to say that we have now sold the house, while several of the other properties that were on the market prior to ours, remain on the market for sale. Great job David. I would have no hesitation in recommending David and his team.
