Matthew attempted to sell our home a year or so ago but as the market was down we struggled to get any interest. He was there every weekend for every home open anyway. We took a break and didn’t hesitate in asking Matthew to list again recently and we sold it very quickly. Matthews professional and positive approach aided in such a seamless sale. Thank your Matthew!

We cannot say enough about Nick's professionalism and attention to detail. He was completely thorough in explaining every level of the sale process. Nick typically responded to texts and emails within the hour. He was very efficient with sending us updates on viewings and he did seem to go above and beyond. We sold in a tough time in an area with lots of major construction but Nick never let up in his determination to work for us and get the sale done. Nick was a pleasure to work with and really seemed to enjoy the entire process. I would and do highly recommend him to anyone who asks. s

Steve was outstanding in helping me purchase my new home. He went beyond his job in order to help me in a very stressful time. I had only a few weeks left to find somewhere to live or my daughter and I were going to be homeless. I had a limited financial position and my settlement of my property in Bullsbrook needed to coincide. Steve not only made this all happen but also managed to get us in early. His personality putting me at ease and getting urgent documents to me in lighting speed. Thanks to Steve my daughter and I have a awesome home next to the beach which we love. Can’t thank you enough.

It was my first time selling a house and John made the process very easy. He talked me through the bestselling strategies and presentation methods, aimed at reaching the right buyer’s market. John organised the quotes and the staging of the house, the place looked a million dollars. The house being staged, what a difference it made to the appearance. After buying my new house, I really saw the difference in the quality of real estate agents. Thanks John, fantastic work.

John was very friendly, helpful, and not pushy. He was super easy to get in contact with and always replied promptly. He guided us through the process as we were first home buyers and new to the property market. As a local real estate agent he had great knowledge about the area and similar properties.

As a home buyer, among the 8–10 selling agents I encountered during the property-hunting process, I found Courtney the most helpful and proactive. Throughout the purchasing process, she was courteous, thorough and technically capable. Her work assured for me a relatively straightforward path through a potentially complicated and vexing journey.

The conditions of my offer and settlement were rather complex and it was daunting for me to start the process. Kirrily took it all in her stride, nothing was too hard, or too much to ask. Not once did I need to worry or was left wondering what was next. With Kirrily's attention to detail and knowledge of the legalities the process was stress free. Kirrily is passionate about real estate, she is professional, honest and has fantastic knowledge of the local market and is all round just a lovely person. I highly recommend Kirrily if you after an engaging and experienced agent that you can trust and rely on. Overall its been a great experience. Thank you again!!
