Kathy is one of the best in the business.
With so many properties on the market there is a lot to choose which can become confusing... Because of Kathy's knowledge of the area I was looking to buy in and her years of experience in the industry I knew I was in very safe hands. She listened to what I was looking for in my dream home and also took into account the budget I had to spend. Kathy shared with me local knowledge of the area and all the amenities that I would find on my doorstep. I found my dream home because of her due diligence. I was always kept in the loop, Kathy explained the process that would take place and the people I needed to speak to, to ensure things moved in the right direction and in a timely manner. Even when I experienced a tiny hiccup in the process, Kathy was never far away, she would ALWAYS respond to my calls and texts and I knew that any queries or questions I had, she would always support me. The next time look to buy a home, Kathy will be the person I contact. I am very happy to refer her to any of my friends and family.

At times frustrating because of the state of the market but always pleasant and friendly.
Kathy has excellent local knowledge and understanding of the market. She has good interpersonal skills and did everything she could to attain a sale for our property.

Great and easy
I was very impressed with Kathy McGurk She sold my place in only about 6 weeks for a good price in this depressed market While the house was on the market and unoccupied she went above and beyond to make sure the property was well maintained and everything was in good condition I would recommend Kathy if you are wanting to sell s property

Best Agenti have ever met.
Creagh put paid to the idea that real estate agents are dodgy. His advice and daily upDates were invaluable. Creagh made a scary scenario far less scary for us. My wife and I were impressed with the feed back and over the moon about the final sale and end result. Quick result too. Will recommend him to everyone.

Great Selling Experience
Despite the Perth property market being sluggish and challenging to sell a property David was more than whiling to take the challenge head on using his vast knowledge and expertise to help me achieve my goal of selling before the start of winter. Nothing was too much to ask!
I first met Tim Tolley at the home open of what was to become my first own home. The moment he greeted me with a smile & a firm handshake, I felt he was trusting. I'd been to so many home open's, I started to pick & critique the selling agent as well as the home. Upon my second inspection with Dave Brewer, I could see both guys in the team were cut from the same cloth - nothing was too much to ask. Tim & Dave attended to all my requests in a prompt manner, even helped explain the finer points to purchasing a home. When they said I'm always available to answer any question, they meant it. I couldn't recommend Tim & Dave higher.
