Exemplary Agent
Amazing agent with superior skills and excellent knowledge. Always conducting herself in a professional, warm and supportive manner. Extremely considerate and understanding and never once failed to deliver what she said she would do. Without doubt the best agent that anyone could ask for and Kirrily will always be honest and straight down the line. Awesome agent with the best guidance and advice. Thank you Kirrily. What an AMAZING AGENT and HUMAN BEING
There is simply no other agent in the Quinns area who is as talented, personable and incredibly kind as Kathy. If you are trying to decide on an agent, let me tell you Kathy is your lady! We had our property on the market for months with another set of agents and Kathy completely blew them out of the water. How do i mean? We were on market >3.5 months with 1st agents, with Kathy- 1 home open and next day viewing to under offer that night. She knows her buyers and she may be little but she is an outstanding negotiator!! We are SOOOO INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL to Kathy. She is an incredible woman both personally and professionally. Excellent! Reliable! Honest!
Experience with Kirrily was much better than previous agents used. Kirrily is a credit to Harcourts and I would most definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home. Other Agents try to get your business with overpricing and giving you a big sales pitch, she's the one who is 'utterly' brilliant :), Kirrily keeps it real , honest and if you let her take control you will pretty much get what you expect with a great service and constant communication along the way. Service and RESULTS with a smile
Suzi and her husband Arthur, worked as a formidable team in selling our house. They were not fazed by the falling market being experienced in the Perth region and instead, achieved an absolutely top price for the sale of our property. We couldn't be happier. Suzi tends to be a "roll up your sleeves and get into it" sort of person when she takes on the challenge of selling a property. A pleasant quick successfull Sale.
Nick used to managed my rental property in Tapping for over 2 years, when the time I decided to sell it I contacted him at Harcourts Alliance where he works as Area Sales Manager. He knows the house and the area really well, communicating every aspects on the sale. The house was sold less than 4 weeks, just met the targeted price. Overall Nick is professional, friendly and communicates regularly to update and talk about marketing strategies. I will recommend him.
