David was so professional, honest and supportive. You just trust him after your first contact. Tim was also so helpful and provided guidance throughout the process and responded promptly to any correspondence. It was great dealing with the Force Real Estate agency. Although it was our first experience dealing with a real agent, our broker with lots of experience in this regard was so happy with their professional and friendly approach. Highly recommended!

Working with David in a depressed or correcting market was of great value to us. David was well tuned with market movement, price adjusting at the right time to obtain the walk through tentative buyer and finally the result of "The Sale"...……. thanks David for walking us in the right direction.

David's consistency and perseverance when delivering my property to market is something he should be proud of. At every stage of the process, David and his team, kept me aware of all progress on the sale of my property while he engaged multiple platforms to sell my home. I was updated regularly on email enquiry, website viewings as well as walk in feedback through home opens, all of which helped me to maintain my confidence that the property would be sold despite external rumblings that this is a "tough" market. The price obtained and swiftness to settlement were above my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending David and his team to others. A job well done!!!

Suzi and Arthur know the market well. They are both very good communicators and keep us in the loop with updates frequently.

Suzie knows the market very well. We wanted to put our property on the market about 18 months ago but Suzie advised us not to. She did this a number of times but when the time was right Suzie contacted us to ask if we wanted to sell. We did and we got the highest price compared to similar properties. Suzie is honest, knowledgeable and worked very hard to get the best outcome for us.

David is a consummate professional from start to finish. His local knowledge of the specialised Timberlands, Wanneroo area, his enthusiasm and passion were key to selling in a difficult market. Selling a large landed property was never going to be easy but David's determination to work for us achieved a sale which more than met our expectations. He is a great communicator, friendly and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend David.

We were the buyers in this case and although Suzi was working for the seller, she called in every week with an update on what was happening, was happy to give advice or guidance where needed and very friendly to deal with.

David was very patient when we experienced some issues unrelated to the purchase which meant we were not always contactable. David was polite and never pushy whilst understanding he had a responsibilty to the vendor. When we were in a postion to make an offer he accepted that offer, presented it to the vendor and confirmed acceptance very promptly. We would certainly deal with David again or recommend him to others.
