I was very impressed with Kathy McGurk She sold my place in only about 6 weeks for a good price in this depressed market While the house was on the market and unoccupied she went above and beyond to make sure the property was well maintained and everything was in good condition I would recommend Kathy if you are wanting to sell s property

Creagh put paid to the idea that real estate agents are dodgy. His advice and daily upDates were invaluable. Creagh made a scary scenario far less scary for us. My wife and I were impressed with the feed back and over the moon about the final sale and end result. Quick result too. Will recommend him to everyone.

Despite the Perth property market being sluggish and challenging to sell a property David was more than whiling to take the challenge head on using his vast knowledge and expertise to help me achieve my goal of selling before the start of winter. Communication was excellent which consisted of honest and valuable sales advice. I definiteley recommend Force Real Estate for selling during these tough market conditions.

Creagh has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He displayed excellent communication skills in negotiating expectations from the vendors and from us as the buyers. Creagh builds rapport easily with clients with his respectful manner and infectious laugh. Creagh went above and beyond in providing his expertise on the current market which assisted us to secure our first family home. Thank you Creagh!!

I first met Tim Tolley at the home open of what was to become my first own home. The moment he greeted me with a smile & a firm handshake, I felt he was trusting. I'd been to so many home open's, I started to pick & critique the selling agent as well as the home. Upon my second inspection with Dave Brewer, I could see both guys in the team were cut from the same cloth - nothing was too much to ask. Tim & Dave attended to all my requests in a prompt manner, even helped explain the finer points to purchasing a home. When they said I'm always available to answer any question, they meant it. I couldn't recommend Tim & Dave higher.

Our downsizing move from Darlington to Edgewater was inevitably going to be emotionally and logistically challenging. A home open conducted by Stella showed us a house which was a very good fit with our idea of somewhere we would like to live. Stella was very well informed about the features of the house and followed up promptly and comprehensively on all of our queries with appropriate documentation. Our purchase offer was negotiated tactfully and fairly and we were comfortable with the agreed settlement. At all stages up to our moving in, Stella kept us informed and provided welcome advice and reassurance. When we conducted our final inspection Stella was particularly thorough in ensuring that all features of the house were covered, and her cheerful professionalism made the transition a lot easier than it might otherwise have been.
