We contacted Stella on a recommendation, when she came, before even signing, Stella asked if she could show 2 families through, as she had just sold a house and both were disappointed that they had missed out. Of course we agreed, and one couple loved the house and placed an offer that next day. When Stella came with the offer, and the necessary paperwork for us to appoint her as our agent, we accepted the offer which was exactly what we wanted. We couldn't have been happier, the whole process went through smoothly and settlement is booked in for Friday. During the whole process, Stella has kept in constant contact, liaising between us and buyers, resulting in very happy customers.

Stella has sold two properties for me; one in 2014 and another in 2018. This report is about the latter, which was a difficult market for sellers whereas the former property sold immediately for above what I expected. Both properties were in Joondalup City. We initially consulted Creagh back in 2000 about the sale of our first house in Currambine. However whilst we used another gent then we followed Creagh's progress from a young agent to a professional with local knowledge. Whilst we didn't get the price we were originally projected by the agent, we understood the market had changed and prices had dropped. This was over a period of 18 months. We do not believe that any challenges or lower prices were the result of Creagh and his team. At all times they were most professional and very willing to take on any requests we put to them. The local knowledge that Creagh and his team have of the area is second to none and the manner in which they communicate with their clients is most professional and personal. We believe that Creagh and his team including Matt did the best they could under very challenging market circumstances.
