A great experience dealing with Stella
Stella went above and beyond during the buying process. Being remote and not knowing anything about the Australian property market was a challenge, Stella offered her support and helped with inspections, banks and other small things that could have disrupted the purchase. We arrived in Perth on Sunday night and moved in Monday morning thanks to Stella's help and support. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommended Agent
Kirralee was extremely helpful despite access obstacles posed by the tenants renting the property. As were downsizing, she facilitated early access to the property allowing us to move from our larger home into the property over a couple of days. She was thorough in her explanation of the purchase contract and ensured we checked all necessary items at final inspection. I would highly recommend Kirralee to potential sellers and buyers.

A pleasant experience
Very quick to respond to requests for clarification of issues. Friendly and professional. Strict but fair when complying with settlement regulations. Tries to be a fair umpire and negotiator between buyer and vendor - when stormy waters need to be calmed and everyone is panicking because of the slowness of banks especially after the Royal Banking Commission.

Kirrily moves houses,
Kirrily sold my brothers house quickly and at the price he was looking for. On this basis I chose her to sell my house. The market was very quiet but she persisted every weekend and eventually found a buyer. I have no hesitations recommending her.
