If you are looking for an Estate Agent with knowledge and ability, look no further. Lisa Longthorn is a very professional individual with extensive knowledge of the markets in the Joondalup area. She is a capable negotiator with compassion and will go out of her way to look after her clients, something that is difficult to find in many of the other estate agents in the Iluka and Burns Beach area.

Kathy McGurk recently sold us our new home. Throughout the process Kathy demonstrated a high degree of professionalism. She has excellent knowledge of the local market. She was very supportive in allowing us to view the home at short notice. Her communication is outstanding. Kathy is an agent who takes her job seriously with a caring and professional approach. We would recommend her very highly for both selling and purchasing your home.

We had the pleasure of buying from Kirrily. We have bought twice and sold once and she is hands down the best agent we have ever worked with. Friendly, knowledgeable and just a no bs kind of person which as a buyer we really appreciated. I would 100% recommend her to friends, family and strangers.

We have used Kathy twice, she has been amazing every time. She has always been honest about market conditions and straight up with valuations. She has sold 2 of our house's achieving asking price both times exceeding our expectations and both within 3 weeks. We highly recommend Kathy.

Kirrily exceeded all expectations! She is 100% Honest, Professional, Knowledgeable, Dedicated & Commited. Kirrily went further than you would believe, to help present the best in our home. Her communication was also excellent! After a poor agent to start with, Kirriky had gained not only our trust but also the buyer who had also had a poor experience with another agent. Our advice if you want the best then Kirrily is the agent you want! The gratitude we have can not be expressed & thank you just isn't enough! Kirrily is AWESOME!!!
