We have now successfully SOLD two properties using Matthew Mule as our real estate agent, in what has been deemed a difficult market. Matthew is professional with an uncanny feel for the market. He goes that extra mile, making us feel like valued clients and where nothing is too much trouble. Matthew's knowledge, honest and reliable feedback sets him above the rest and he has once again exceeded our expectations. Thank you Matthew.

From the first time we met Kirrily, we found her to be friendly and helpful in answering any queries we had about the home we were inspecting, yet brought no pressure upon us. Once we decided to make an offer to purchase the property, she proved to be very obliging at every step of the way even though some difficulties arose along the way (not caused by Kirrily I hasten to add). We would thoroughly recommend Kirrily to anyone seeking a real estate agent. Lloyd and Margaret Reynolds.

The title I have given Both David Brewer and Tim Tolley sincerely reflects how real estate agents should act when representing their clients. Their service and ethics simply cannot be faulted, their communications skills in this electronic media world is still supplemented by a prompt voice phone call which I refer to as the personal touch being able to have queries answered in person and discussed, with no emails or texts bouncing back and forth... Both knowledgeable in what they they do and obtaining the best possible outcome when it comes to a sale. Why do I say this or how do I know this. Its simple really , its the third property they have sold on our behalf , always exceeding our expectations and even in a difficult market they have come up with the goods. Highly recommended .

This was a difficult sales process due to unusual circumstances. Matt helped us close this transaction tremendously. There was a lot to sort out, a lot of back and forth and complex legal issues. We were kept updated in all the happening involving numerous parties. Matt certainly went above and beyond to make sure everything went through on time, while ensuring our interests were safeguarded. I highly recommend Matt to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.

After meeting with a competitor and not being impressed, we met with Matthew and felt that we immediately had a rapport that we knew buyers would appreciate. He went above and beyond my expectations to communicate with us regarding the sale of our house and he really knows his stuff. No question was too much for Matt to answer and get back to us. I would recommend sellers get in touch with Matt and give him a chance to impress you with his professionalism and down to earth attitude. Thanks again, Matthew and crew!

I was struggling with selecting an agent to sell my city apartment, particularly with the perth realestate market being in such a bad state. I needed a smart and savvy team who knew all the angles, markets needs, wants and the right marketing strategies with a dedicated crew that were going to sell my unit and not just pay me lip service about "how the market is in a bad spot". Dave and his professional team had my unit SOLD within 3 weeks of listing. I cant recommend or praise this very professional and dedicated team enough. If you want your place sold this is the team you need.

Suzi and her team have been fantastic to my partner and I, as first home buyers we were very new to the game and we made no secret of this to Suzi and she helped us to no end and walked us though all the steps with great clarity. Something that really made me confident and happy with Suzi was her communication with us, as soon as she got information she communicated it straight to us and that was really great. Thanks for everything to Suzi and her team for everything. Johnny
