I found the Bakers very approachable and helpful at all times. Very helpful in clarifying information that I might not have understood which made me feel very comfortable about asking questions. I would recommend them to anyone who are looking at buying or selling.

Thanks to Lisa for all her hard work in selling our property. Lisa is great agent, would highly recommend her. She kept us updated at all times throughout the sale and nothing was too much trouble. A very friendly and thoughtfull lady during an emotional time for our family.

We were very pleased to work with Kathy to sell our home. Kathy's service was excellent. She was both friendly and professional. Kathy was completely customer focussed and we would gladly use her services as an agent again.

She is very professional with an excellent knowledge of local market. Would highly recommend Kathy.

Lisa was a very understanding and extremely helpful agent at a time when we needed someone with compassion and understanding. She couldn't do enough for us. We could ring her and she would always answer our concerns and help us anyway she could. She also dealt with the settlement agent to save us a lot of hassle. We would highly recommend Lisa Longthorn to sell your house you will not be disappointed. Thanks Lisa We have also used Lisa to sell other houses in the past and she has been brilliant and couldn't do enough to help us set the house up for sale with lots of great tips.

We are very delighted that Stella made an effort to go throughly with us for the final inpection of the whole house electrical power point etc. Thank you and you break our record so far the only agent that go through all the power points in the whole house. Well done keep up your good work:)

Matt took care of everything from start to finish and was always there to answer our questions when we called regarding the sale of our property. Matt's knowledge of our local area and the market we faced was second to none and he provided honest and timely advice on not only the sale of the home but also the settlement process. Would highly recommend Matt to anyone thinking of selling a property. Glenn & Amanda

In a very difficult market, Suzi & Arthur Baker (Team Baker) managed to secure a sale of our home in a record time of 6 days on the market and only 1 home open. Well done to a brilliant team who know the market well and secured a very reasonable price for us. They communicated with us right through the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending them to all my friends (if they need to buy or sell a house). Thank you Suzi & Arthur. We love you both. Hans & Dianne Haas

Being first time home buyers we weren’t quite sure what was involved with purchasing a property, Suzi made everything easier for us from entertaining our 2 year old when looking through forms to keeping us up to date on the progress from start to finish. The communication from both Suzi and Arthur has been top quality and we can’t thank them enough for their help I would highly recommend them.

I found that David always provided good advice and with his depth of knowledge with real estate he was able to predict any problems and or hiccups, which allowed for a smooth transition into our new home.
