We have had the privileged of dealing with Creagh and Matt from Harcourts for the last 8 years. We met him as he was the resident agent in Currambine and we started using him and his team to act on our behalf on various properties that we owned that we were in the process of selling. I can categorically state that if he was not an agent with integrity, knowledge, market Knowledge and a great negotiator we would have stopped using him and his team. He and his team have delivered on their promises to provide exceptional service and to bring us the best offers and have gone that extra mile to ensure that the buyers of our properties fully understood what they were buying and at what price. I can state that the team have always displayed integrity and honesty and have always made us feel comfortable with the Offer and Acceptances on the various property deals. Do I recommend Creagh and his Team...... Yes. Do I refer him to other potential sellers and buyers..... Yes. Why.... Creagh worked very hard for us as an agent in trying to sell our house....unfortunately we didn't achieve the selling price we would have liked and that was suggested ..but that was mainly due to current market conditions ...and he did manage to sell our house in the time frame that he had stated.
