Creagh is very professional in his dealings with clients, and is one of the most thorough and accurate agents I have known. He inspires confidence, and his advice both to sellers and purchasers is soundly based on facts, and many years of experience in his subject. I would have no hesitation in recommending Creagh and his colleagues to anyone seeking to deal with an agent they can depend on and trust.

I was very pleased to select Suzi to be my agent to sell my property. everything was explained to me about the process of selling my property . It was great service not just Suzi, as Arthur went out of his way to help with advise through the whole sale. I would not hesitate to recommend the Baker team to all my family and friends. Creagh’s approach to selling our property and communication throughout the process was very good. In a difficult market Creagh pushed for the best outcome he could achieve for us. Creagh was also very accommodating in negotiating his fee based on our assessment of his overall performance. His right hand man Matt was also good at keeping the lines of communication open. I would recommend Creagh Ferdinands at Harcourts to other sellers.

Matt has been fantastic! He has been available and supportive throughout, with a calm and confident manner, happy and obliging to help any way he could, making the process as smooth as possible. I would be more than happy to deal with Matt again. Thank you so much.

They were particularly easy to deal with, their knowledge and communications were fantastic. The way they do business should be the Real Estate Model and after service is something else with cake and bubbles, Creagh and Matt thanks for the experience.

Suzi’s “Go get Em” attitude kept us as a couple confident sellers in a buyers market. Her friendly and professional communication made the process hassle free. Home opens to final inspections were painless and well planned. Thanks very much.

I was recommended Suzi and Arthur services from a friend and at the time I was so grateful for the recommendation as I felt I was really out of my depth regarding selling my home. Suzi and Arthur went above and beyond to ensure I understood every step of the process and answered everyone of my silly questions and phone calls. It is evident that they know their local property areas, Suzi was approachable, straight-talking and made me feel comfortable with the process. I highly recommend their services as a first time property seller, and gratefully appreciate their personal touch.

Thanks so much to Suzi and the Team on our turbulent purchase. This was the first time we’d purchased in Australia but Suzi kept me calm and reassured throughout making it a much smoother experience.
