After using Creagh and Matt to purchase our last property it was a no-brainer to choose them as agents to sell our house in Iluka. They both went above and beyond with this sale and I would have no hesitation recommending their services or using them again. Creagh is very well regarded in this area and I've heard many a person say, "oh yes, I know Creagh well, he helped me buy/sell my......." They are a great team and you can relax knowing you've put your most important asset in their very capable hands.

I can't speak highly enough of Creagh and Matt of Harcourts Joondalup. We had been contemplating selling our home and downsizing but it was always too daunting a prospect. Creagh and Matt changed that and I will always be grateful to them for all their help and advice and actually helping our dream become a reality. Creagh's knowledge of real estate was excellent and we felt comfortable putting everything in his hands, so comfortable that after we purchased this house we had no hesitation in asking him to be our agent for selling our other property. We are so happy here in Currambine and it is because of Creagh Ferdinands.

Where do I start? It was an absolute pleasure to have Creagh & Matt and the team at Harcourts sell our family home. With the current market being at a low, they gave us so much confidence, to help us move forward. Communication was second to none, which I believe is absolutely paramount when selling someones most valuable investment. Always there with the offer of help and advice. Regular feedback, which helped us in our decision making. I strongly recommend Creagh & Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell and we definitely have them at the top of our list for our future endeavours! Can't thank you guys enough

Had 2 agents before Matt, one who did nothing to attract the buyers, and didn't seem interested in even selling our house, another who just wanted to talk himself up. Matt came in and was very welcoming, talked about babies before he even discussed selling the property. He always kept us informed with anything that was happening. He was very honest with pricing the property and explained everything. I would highly recommend.

We couldn't ask for someone better to help sell our house, Matt was very helpful and understanding of our situation for selling our house. He went over and above to sell the house and in a tough housing market he had a offer on the table in just over a week. He did what was in our best interest but also seemed to know where the buyers were at and kept us in the loop the whole time and also was completely honest with us, there was no hidden details anywhere everything was put on the table from day 1. I would recommend Matt to anyone he will help anyone get there desired result whether it be buying or selling, one of natures nice guys. You can't go past matt for buying or selling a house Thanks for everything Matt

We chose Mike as our agent to sell our home in Landsdale as he is extremely familiar with the area. What we didn't know about Mike was how good he is at selling houses. Prior to listing our house Mike met with us discuss the process and how things would operate. He kept us fully informed at all times either by a call , text or email. When we received our offer after only about 10 days listing Mike demonstrated his negotiation skills with the buyer to attain an offer we were happy with. From the time the offer was accepted , to finance approval and settlement Mike always kept us fully informed of what was happening and what the next steps would be. I cannot speak highly enough of Mike in his professionalism, patience and communication with us at all times. Would not hesitate in referring Mike to anybody I know wanting to sell their house.
