We always knew we would use David to sell our house when the time came as we'd seen him successfully selling many homes in our area over the years. And we would not hesitate to use him again. The entire process was so easy and stress-free. We only needed one home open and the entire process took approximately one month, including settlement. He understands the importance of good photos ( no dingy, blurred photos with Dave ! ) and realistic pricing. He gets it right the first time. We highly recommend David Brewer to anyone looking for a professional and friendly agent to sell their home.

Stella has an excellent knowledge of the local residential market which gave us confidence that she was the right person to market our property. She had already done her research into potential clients before the property went onto the market. As a consequence it was sold in less than a week after being advertised for sale.

Matt did a great job selling our house - excellent communication throughout the whole process, always had time to talk to us, listened to our own ideas as well as thoroughly explaining his own, highly professional while also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He followed up with all potential buyers and kept us informed every step of the way. We would definitely recommend him.

Hi David Merle and I would like to thank sincerely for all your pre sale expertise in listing and promoting the sale of our home in Regent Waters. Also with advice and follow up re purchase of our Bunbury Residence. We know without you doing the extra yards to keep the purchase running smoothly it may not have been successful but we had every confidence in your negotiations and ability. Who else would have a sale in half a day ?? We unreservedly have no hesitation in recommending your services to prospective clients in the future and wish you more success in the future. Looking forward to catching up in Bunbury in the near future Kind regards Merle and Steve Foote

The total experience selling with David was a pleasure, there was a no nonsense approach and everything we had been promised was followed through on. I would highly recommend David for anyone wanting a genuine estate agent to look after their sale. David was happy to go above an beyond and make recommendations that helped put us in a position to sell at our price.

Stella McLean was not even our agent. We were the buyers and Stella acted for the Seller. But we could not resist writing a review. Stella was nothing short of brilliant. She went the extra-mile in everything. Nothing was too much of a problem. More than that, she was also ridiculously efficient at getting things done. She was amiable and easy to get along with (not so much for those who dawdled unnecessarily!). She is undoubtedly an expert in her field. We have no hesitation at all in recommending her and the next time we buy or sell a house we will not do so without talking to her first. Duane and Naomi Olivier.

Stella worked well in an unusually quiet market to secure our asking price over the christmas period which is commonly know to be a quiet buying period. Stella was able to secure the right buyer at the right time, we have already reffered her to three of our old neighbours and are looking foward to seeing how they go when they put there houses on the market.

David sold our home on the first home open and managed to not only get the price we were after but also the settlement period we required. All previous and subsequent communications with David have been very professional and highly informative. He made the whole process effortless and actually enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AGENT!
