Outstanding- John had detailed knowledge of the market, he clearly had closely researched Dianella. He is a fantastic communicator, keeping us updated regularly regarding home opens, interest, and offers. John was always quick to return our calls, answering any queries promptly and clearly. Professional yet friendly and approachable, I would not hesitate to engage again for the sale of a property.

We cannot speak highly enough of Michael Stephens and the exceptional service he provided throughout the sale of our property. From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed smoothly. Despite the fact that we were managing this sale from over 600 kilometers away, Michael made the entire process feel seamless. His clear communication, proactive updates, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence every step of the way. We never once felt the distance was an issue thanks to his commitment and reliability. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is not only experienced and efficient but also truly cares about getting the best outcome for you—look no further. We are so grateful to have had Michael Stephens in our corner and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Michael was absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish. I'm writing this review from a buyer’s perspective. We’ve only been in Perth for 7 months and were looking to purchase our first property here. The process is quite different from what we were used to back in Ireland, but Michael guided us through everything with such patience and clarity. He was friendly, polite, and easy to talk to—always approachable and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. On top of that, he gave us a lovely gift to congratulate us on our new home, which was such a thoughtful touch. I would most definitely and highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Would highly recommend Dave Brewer and Tim Tolley to anyone selling their properties. Unlike some of the top local agents in Duncraig, Dave and Tim were very punctual and professional with their responses and proposals. As for the selling process, it was a breeze having achieved a great price and having the property under offer within a few days. I was constantly updated throughout the whole process which offered peace of mind. Great job Dave and Tim !!
