Dave Brewer from Force is amazing to deal with. He sold my house for above expected price after one home open. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with at every stage of the process and went above and beyond to be helpful and available at all times - even through the Xmas crazy time. Daves experience and knowledge was fantastic. Highly recommend Dave and the Force team to anyone thinking of selling or buying their next home.

John is an amazing real-estate agent and has helped us sell and buy numerous properties and we would use no one else. Nothing is too much trouble and we can always be confident of a stress-free easy transaction. I highly recommend John to anyone.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with George for a couple of our parents Aged Care purchases and couldn't ask for a more friendly, helpful guy. George is quick to accommodate a meeting or follow up - even in the country. We came away from the 2x purchases & 1x sale feeling no pressure and understood the Lease for Life idea. Thanks George :)

I have bought and sold several properties in Perth over the years, not something I normally enjoy. Stella and team Harcourt made it simple, no stress with a very successful outcome. Sold my house so fast and found the perfect home for me to purchase. Communication and understanding was perfect. Total professionals. Thank you Stella.

I chose Stella to sell my mother's house as she had previously sold my mother's neighbours house. Stella has extensive knowledge of the Joondalup market and she advised me what needed to be done in order for a quick sale. Her estimation of the price was spot on and I even got a little more than expected. The services she engaged for cleaning and photography were very good. The whole experience was stress free and I would recommend Stella to any of my family or friends.
