It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Michael. He was extremely helpful during the whole process and his many years of experience in the realestate industry shone through. He provided us with valuable advice regarding how best to market our property and was always reliable. I highly recommend his services.

Right from the get go Kirrily was welcoming and honest. She has so much knowledge of the local area and gave us so much time to chat to her about the property. Communication was a breeze. Kirrily went over and above for us, multiple times during the purchase. Can't thank her enough! Definitely a 5 star agent, I would not hesitate to give her a call for anything real estate, she's a legend!

David has a genuine interest in helping people achieve their goals. We are extremely happy with the sale of our home and the way in which David managed to make it all happen in such a short time. David is very professional but still relaxed and friendly and goes the extra mile to assist wherever he can. We highly recommend David if you are thinking of purchasing or selling your next home.

So grateful we met David through the purchase of our new home. David was so professional and helpful in assisting us with a complex situation which resulted in the simultaneous settlement of both our old and new properties in an amazingly short time. He certainly performed magic for us and has made downsizing less stressful.

John sold my investment property while I was away overseas. All sorts of fiddly tasks that I would normally have taken care of as the owner, John did or organised to have done on my behalf. This was a huge weight off my shoulders. John was great to deal with and also got me about $50,000 more than I expected. Do yourself a favour and give John a call!

Creagh has sold for me in the past so I had no hesitation to ask him to sell for me again. He is very knowledgeable and was available for me at all times if I needed to ask something. Creagh worked hard on selling my house with Matt Arrington as well who is also excellent. They both went above and beyond my expectations to get me a great price for my home. I would recommend them both to anyone who needs to sell. In fact I have already recommended them both. Thank you to you both.

I recently had the pleasure of working again with Creagh and his team to sell my unit in the Joondalup suburb, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, Creagh and Matt demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. The process was incredibly smooth, thanks to Creagh's meticulous planning and execution. His advice was spot on, guiding me through each step with clarity and confidence. Communication was always timely and clear, ensuring I was well-informed throughout the entire process. Creagh's expertise truly shone through in achieving an impressive selling price for my unit. His deep understanding of the market and strategic approach made all the difference. I felt entirely at ease knowing that I was in trustworthy hands. If you're looking for a reliable and highly competent real estate agent, I wholeheartedly recommend Creagh. His outstanding service and commitment make him the best choice for anyone looking to sell their property.

Not only is Kirrily the most professional, knowledgable & efficient agent, she is also the most kindest, generous person who has the biggest heart! She showed an exceptional level of compassion & patience and came through on her promise of getting the best price. I cannot recommend her highly enough and could not fault the service from both Kirrily & Kayla. You will not find a better agent!!

Having spent quite a while evaluating different regions and options for us to downsize, we settled on a preferred area started searching for the right property. That's where Mike came into the picture. We had viewed a number of properties and after consulting with Mike, we grew comfortable and confident with his level of professionalism, market knowledge and advice. So much so that we listed with Mike before travelling overseas, in case the right property became available while we were away. We had complete confidence in Mike's integrity and when the time came, Mike was ready, we were ready and we listed and sold within one week. The process can be extremely stressful however we can say that at no time, were we unsure or in doubt about the next steps due to Mike's preparation and diligence. In Sales there are two types of reputation. One is the reputation that individuals earn, whilst the second is a reputation that is given, not always for the right reasons. I have no hesitation in commending Mike for his excellent level of service and his dedication to his profession.
