I highly recommend Kirrily as an agent. She is incredibly competent and thorough. I wanted to sell my investment property, it was not the easiest task as I reside overseas and I had some difficult tenants in the property. Kirrily held my hand through the entire process which I really appreciated as a first time seller. She made the process very easy considering the issues at hand.

My family have used Dave Brewer and Tim Tolley from Force Real Estate many times over the years in selling and buying homes. Dave and Tim have always listened and understood our specific requirements and kept us well informed of the buying and selling process. Our questions were answered promptly and we also had great results in a very short time. Very professional and efficient and we would highly recommend.

This is the second time we have had dealt with David Brewer and the team from Force Real Estate. 10 years ago we bought our current house through David Brewer and had such a positive experience that we wanted to enlist him again to sell our rental property in Greenwood. David is very knowledgeable about the market and guided us a long to the way with expert advice in order to sell for a price we were happy with. He made the process of selling a rental property with the hope of the current tenants staying on very easy and he listened to what we as the sellers wanted. David was able to sell the property very quickly and worked hard on our behalf to get the best price possible. We can’t fault his knowledge and experience and we would highly recommend using David and the team from Force Real Estate when buying or selling your next property.

As we live in Melbourne, we were reliant on agent that was familiar with the area and would also keep us informed with the progress of the sale process. We began communicating with Courtney a few months before the property went on the market. She kept in regular contact with us even though we were travelling and not always readily available. The sale went through very quickly and without a hitch. Courtney made the whole experience stress free and the end result was well beyond our expectations. We can't thank her enough for her amazing efforts.

I want to express my heartful thanks to David and the team for the very professional, diligent and personal service I experienced during our last property purchase. I live on the other side of the country; however, David was very personable with his dealing with me, and together he helped me across the line in purchasing my second property though this agency. Both my properties are also managed by his team, and I would recommend them to any homebuyer. Absolutely fantastic

This has been the third time we have the pleasure of engaging Dave & Tim to sell our property. Having used them previously we had no hesitation in making the decision to again approach the again. And we were again extremely pleased we did. From their extensive knowledge of the current market, experience in the industry and the professional, friendly manner in which they dealt with us and potential buyers means we are very comfortable to recommend Dave & Tim to anyone looking for an agent that goes over and above.
