It’s hard to know where to start when describing Matt. I feel like we’ve been through so much together. It started on a balmy Saturday evening. Quite a few shandys had been consumed. When an ambitious but foolish plan started to paint a wonderful picture in my mind. Being unable to convince myself that this plan was in fact foolish I first proposed the idea to the minister of war and finance. Not even she could be convinced that my plan was anything other than a sheer stroke of genius and how lucky she is to be in my presence. Monday morning rolls around and I decide to call in the big guns. Matt called over that evening. Not only did he make my brilliant idea seem achievable he actually encouraged it. Much to the chagrin of my ever suffering better half. From first meeting Matt was amazing. Encouraged where we needed encouraging. Set realistic expectations when I was being unreasonable (much to the satisfaction of aforementioned long suffering better half) I lost track of how many times Matt saved our skin. Selling a property and buying another is quite a stressful experience. Matt was always on the phone when ever I had stupid questions. His knowledge in his field has to be unrivalled. Being more convinced after having the misfortune of dealing with other agents. I don’t say this about many people or professions but Matt is born to do the job. Made us feel at ease and that we were in fact making the right decision. On top of all this, he’s a super nice guy. Made it feel like he was just a mate helping you out. I don’t know what more you could want from your estate agent but I can’t imagine being able to get much better than Matt. Thanks again for everything Matt! You were awesome.
