As the buyer it was quite daunting dealing with a number of agents all at once. You certainly feel like you’re just another number and the agents only have their best interest at heart. Matt was fantastic from the start. He went above and beyond and walked us through every step of the process which many others had overlooked. It’s hard to know where to start when describing Matt. I feel like we’ve been through so much together. It started on a balmy Saturday evening. Quite a few shandys had been consumed. When an ambitious but foolish plan started to paint a wonderful picture in my mind. Being unable to convince myself that this plan was in fact foolish I first proposed the idea to the minister of war and finance. Not even she could be convinced that my plan was anything other than a sheer stroke of genius and how lucky she is to be in my presence. Monday morning rolls around and I decide to call in the big guns. Matt called over that evening. Not only did he make my brilliant idea seem achievable he actually encouraged it. Much to the chagrin of my ever suffering better half. From first meeting Matt was amazing. Encouraged where we needed encouraging. Set realistic expectations when I was being unreasonable (much to the satisfaction of aforementioned long suffering better half) I lost track of how many times Matt saved our skin. Selling a property and buying another is quite a stressful experience. Matt was always on the phone when ever I had stupid questions. His knowledge in his field has to be unrivalled. Being more convinced after having the misfortune of dealing with other agents. I don’t say this about many people or professions but Matt is born to do the job. Made us feel at ease and that we were in fact making the right decision. On top of all this, he’s a super nice guy. Made it feel like he was just a mate helping you out. I don’t know what more you could want from your estate agent but I can’t imagine being able to get much better than Matt. Thanks again for everything Matt! You were awesome.

We bought our investment property in 2014 from David Brewer. He has been responsible for rental management since, and in April 2024 sold it on our behalf. Throughout all aspects of the original purchase, rental and sale processes, David has displayed exemplary behavior. During those 10 years he was always polite, professional and honest. David also provided good, sensible advice when required and was hands on with a couple of difficult problems and tenants during the rental period. The recent sale process in particular was extremely pleasing. A very good offer and acceptance was negotiated within a week of requesting David list the property for sale, with settlement 4 weeks later. Furthermore, the sale price was bang on David's initial assessment. During the settlement period David arranged all the necessary inspections, miscellaneous repairs and associated access required from a demanding, difficult tenant without any complaint or bothering us with details. All for a very a reasonable fee. You can't ask for more than that! Accurate sale price assessment and settlement in 5 weeks from initiating the process, with absolutely no fuss to us. I highly recommend David.
