Right from when we first met Kirrily we were impressed by how at ease she made us and how clearly she explained to us the plan and each step. She was really understanding of how anxious I was about the whole process and was friendly and kind throughout. We had only a short window of time (about 12 weeks) between deciding to sell and when we would be moving interstate, but Kirrily and Kayla were professional, reassuring, and so willing to come up with solutions that would benefit both us and the prospective buyers. She went above and beyond at every step - things like lending us bedlinen for the photoshoot because ours had all been packed away; arranging for our unwanted furniture to be donated to a charity and arranging for her landscaper husband to come and mow the lawn before the new owner moved in!
