We went to two of Stellas viewings and were impressed by how prepared she was. Stella had all important property documents and information handy which made it easy for us to make a decision. After placing a successful offer, Stella was prompt to respond to our queries and througrough with the final inspection. Overall, we were very impressed by Stella and she made the whole purchase process very easy to navigate.

John did an amazing job selling my house. His knowledge of the market was spot on, achieving the price he appraised the house for in under a week. He also went above and beyond expectations when issues arose with the buyer to ensure a quick and smooth sale still occurred. He is very professional, has great communication skills with both the buyer and seller, and achieves results. I can highly recommend John.

I have used Kirrily to sell several properties and while the market may be in favour of sellers at present, Kirrily is excellent at ensuring the house is ready for that sale. Organised, reliable, and able to provide pragmatic advice on critical items for getting the best result. Kirrily is able to organise the many small but critical items which are needed for success. Trust Kirrily with your next property, you will pleasantly surprised how smooth the process will be.

Kirrily is professional, and cares about her clients whether they are purchasing or selling. Her real estate knowledge of Hocking and the surrounding suburbs is exceptional. We were just so happy with our experience in relation to the purchase of our new home at Ranworth. We would highly recommend Kirrily to become your real estate agent you want regret it. Kirrily is as honest as the day is long.

Thank you so much Kirrily for enabling the process of purchasing my home to be so easy and smooth. Kirrily went to so much effort to ensure I settled before Christmas. Kirrily is so personable and honest. Thank you so much.

Kirrily is everything you want in a real estate agent. She is incredibly knowledgeable, she is compassionate, she is honest, she is direct and she is responsive. Kirrily doesn’t just sell properties, she gets to know her clients and helps them find the right property to suit their needs. We were looking to buy our first home which was an overwhelming experience but Kirrily guided us through it and ensured we understood everything every step of the way. We are very grateful for her support and will continue to recommend her to others.

I couldn’t thank Kirrily enough. Kirrily worked well with both sides of the party and communicated every step of the way. She went above and below to help me sell my property. Would definitely be going with her again.

This was the second house I’ve now sold with John. This one being an investment property, I really didn’t have time to have much to do with it and wanted it to be a simple process, which John delivered without any issues at all. He sorted the tenants that were in the property, arranged for everything to be done and the effort on my side extended to signing a few documents online, that’s all. John updated me along the way with each step and his professionalism was, as always, second to none.

From the day that our parents attended the home open for us, to the day that she handed the keys over to us, Stella was nothing but helpful! We were so upset when we we were unable to attend the home open, but so glad to hear how inviting Stella was to our parents. After we put an offer on the house Stella only sent the docu-sign to the top few offers as opposed to all of the applicants, something that we really appreciated (we had honestly filled out a good 20 docu-signs for other properties prior to this house to find out that it was a waste of our time as there were many offers higher than ours!) Getting the phone call from Stella advising us that our offer was accepted was extremely exciting, and was made even easier by Stella who said to celebrate ‘tonight’ and that she’d call us the following day to speak about the next steps. Stella recommended a pest inspection company and settlement agent, something that saved us lots of time. She didn’t mind about what time we messaged her and always replied to our questions with helpful remarks. We still laugh about the final inspection with Stella. She rocked up with so many tools and gadgets and you could tell that 1. She’d done many inspections before and 2. That she wanted to ensure that the property was in perfect condition for us. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with it all! The highlight of the experience was the bottle of champagne, card and phone call from Stella the day that we picked up our keys. Even after her ‘job’ was done, she still reached out to us!! As first home buyers, Stella made the process feel very easy and straight forward. We cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Stella!
