Stella is very friendly and professional
I recommend Stella very highly. Very friendly and professional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend contacting Stella when you decide to sell before you do any work to get the house ready for sale. Stella has great ideas and advice and many excellent contractors for what is needed.

Friendly and professional
Matt and Creagh were very helpful and professional during the time we purchased a property with them. They always called when they said they would and negotiated with the sellers well on our behalf. Matt has helped us with a few minor things even after settlement which is much appreciated. We have bought and sold a couple of properties and this would have to be the least stressful.

Stressfree is the word that comes to mind. Nice people to deal with too.
Our granddaughter made the first contact and my wife and I followed-up with an interview later. we were impressed by Suzi,s presentation of all the facts and Arthur's walk-through assessment. Frankly we are glad we elected to go with Harcourts as Suzi got us an extraordinarily good price in the blink of an eye, or so it seemed. well done Suzi and all the support crew: that's especially you Jillian. Excellent Customer Service
Suzi is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the market is unbelievable. She is an agent that takes pride in what she does. Very hard to find in todays market. She took all the stress out of selling my property. I could rely on her for everything. From signing up until my property sold. Creagh is the BEST agent you will find!
From the very beginning, Creagh was a true gentleman and professional - but never pushy. He knows the local market inside out and what needs to be done to achieve the best return for the seller. I took Creaghs advise on what needed to be done to prepare the property for sale and he made life easier by introducing us to his handyman who was able to conduct the work in a timely and cost efficient manner. Again I took his advice on when and how to market the property and he absolutely nailed it all. The communication during the complete process was outstanding. I was always kept informed of what was planned and what was happening. I have dealt with many agents as the seller over the years and found that once many get your listing they do not deliver on what they promised and do not keep you informed. Creagh was the exception - an absolute professional that knew he was working for me (the seller) and he did everything he could to optimise the sales price and kept me informed during the complete process. I could not rate him highly enough and could not see any area that he could improve on. Its a 5 out of 5 from me! Well done Creagh and thank you again!
