In recent times Creagh Ferdinand’s represented my interests in the sale of a property which delivered a sale value above the average market value for similar properties. From the onset Creagh’s professionalism in his plan of execution in facilitating the sale of the property gave me the confidence that my best interest were at the forefront of his strategy. True to his word Creagh maintained regular contact throughout the sale period with regular updates on home inspections and general enquires, and was always available to answer my calls and discuss any and all queries along the way. It felt like Matt was selling my home as if he was selling his own home - so much care, attention to detail and great recommendations shared backed by evidence which he openly shared. His proposal is unique(yes they can be!) and surprisingly saved us money plus got us the best price above expectations. We still had a couple of weeks to go before our house was ready for sale but I connected with three agents for some research. Matt made such a good impression on the phone and seemed to have all the time in the world for my questions that I decided to meet for an on-site valuation. He came extremely well prepared knowing more about my house than I expected. Again, made such a great impression without being “salesy” we decided not to meet with anyone else. Throughout the process he kept us informed of each action and spent time taking us through the documents and was always available for questions and had organised everything as per timeline without a glitch. Not that we expected this from any agent but we definitely felt like we were getting VIP treatment even though we had a humble home to sell and we were not his only clients. In a hot market like this, sales agents can get away with doing the minimum but not Matt. He is kind, honest, patient and delivers way above expectations and I think it’s impossible to beat the standards he has set when it comes to customer service. Thank you Matt!!!

We cannot thank Creagh and Mathew at Harcourt's for everything they done for us when selling our beloved home. We didn't have to have a open house for all and sundry to tramp through our home of 14 years. We first met Matt at one of his home opens. He appeared honest, helpful, and informative. You could sense he loved what he did and was very passionate about it. We were unlucky and missed out on the home Matt was selling at the time but how he dealt with us during this process is why we listed our home with him. Matt was helpful and supportive every step of the way. He did so much research - from going through recent sales in the area and where our property fitted into the current market. He ensured we fully understood the Selling Agency Agreement, giving us our advertising options and how to prepare our home for the market.
