Kath looked after the sale of our house in its entirety. Due to work commitments both my husband and I had to relocate to another state at the beginning of the selling process. Kath looked after our property and gave regular updates and went above and beyond to help us. Her knowledge of the locality and property trends was second to none. A really easy and transparent service. Kath should be your first and only choice, highly recommend her!

Our selling experience with Suzi and Arthur has been an absolute pleasure. They are two of the most professional people I have ever dealt with and nothing but nothing is too much trouble , happily answering our constant barrage of questions . They achieved an excellent outcome for us price wise certainly in the upper end of what we were hoping for , and in a very short time. 11 out 10 to Team Baker 👍

Suzie and Arthur have been great the entire step of the way, from initially viewing the property at a home open, to the final purchase. They have been very easy to communicate with, picking up the phone or responding to messages straight away. It's been a breeze working with them!

We purchased our new home through Force Real Estate. As we were new to the Australian property scene, David and Tim were extremely helpful and could not do enough to make our experience stress free. Thanks guys for all your help.

We have been extremely pleased with Steve. From the day we contacted the agency and spoke with him, he has been patient to answer all of our queries, give us honest advice, send us info to read into which would help us during building process, reply promptly and even though we haven't met him, it felt like he was someone we could trust. He made the process smooth and seamless.
