I have sold a house previously with both Suzi and Arthur and one of the stand out points for me was how quick and responsive they are with phone calls and emails (both for me and potential buyers). Everyone is always followed up straight away. I also think there is some real wisdom in their approach in finding solutions to what otherwise may become real problems. Thank you Team Baker!

Suzi and Arthur go way beyond any other agents I have come across to date. Their genuine approach to quality customer service makes what's a stressful process by nature, a guided journey with as much information as you need, reassurance, confidence and excellent knowledge of the markets, the process and contract acumen. Suzi and Arthurs' strengths together provide a complete sale team package. They both wear their heart on their sleeve and I couldn't be happier to have had them work for us. If you want real customer service, excellent knowledge of the sales process and someone who will take the time to sit with you for as long as it takes, look no further. Thank you Suzi and Arthur for your excellent service. We have truely loved every step of our sales journey with you.

Suzi and Arthur have absolutely the best knowledge of Heathridge. I would not have used anyone else to sell my home. Their professionalism in everything along with their communication. What they have done for us is amazing.

Buying a house form Matt was a dream experience. He made the process extremely smooth and ensured all of his due diligence was complete. Very approachable and he always made himself available for queries (even two months after the settlement had gone through) . Always prepared to go above and beyond for his clients. We will most definitely be engaging Matt as our selling agent next time we go to market.

John is not your average Real Estate Agent. He is knowledgeable, rich in experience and pleasant to deal with. My circumstances were not ideal working with one financial broker to another. But with Johns help and recommendations, I have secured my little apartment. Thank-you so much John. Will definitely buy my next property from you. ;-)
