First Home.
It Was great meeting Matt. From the very start at the first home open he was friendly and welcoming. The settlement progress he made easy and stress free we didn't have to do a thing. Would and i have already recommended Matthew to friends and family. Really nice down to earth guy. Will not disappointment. Thank you for finding my first home!!

Can't recommend highly enough
Suzi and Arthur provided great advice on how to present the property. They worked hard as a team to get the best price possible. They were in constant contact providing updates on what was happening. They were very creative in ways on getting interest in the property. Their knowledge around property law and contacts was a great help. They provided appeared to supply excellent communication between buyer and seller. They had lots of contacts to get in to help us prepare the property for sale and all aspects of the sale. We have a young family and the were very conscious of including the kids in the sale process as well as not interrupting us to much with a newborn baby. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding
Buying a house sight unseen from the other side of the country could have been problematic but Kathy was outstanding in every respect. I've dealt with agents over 40 years and none come close to Kathy in terms of honesty, sound guidance and availability.

Absolute Professionalism!
This is the second home John has sold for me and on both occasions, he has demonstrated absolute professionalism, provided regular and efficient communication and chased all enquiries. The second home took a bit longer to sell due to Christmas slowing the market down but even then, John was happy to do home opens and kept me in the loop. Would absolutely recommend John if you're looking to buy or sell.

Refreshingly honest and practical.
Kirrily is upfront and very knowledgeable about current market conditions and is totally in touch with valuations. She provides practical advice on how to present your home for subsequent home opens or inspections by prospective purchasers. When she said she had a couple interested in a home like ours they subsequently ended up buying it!!! In the end we did not need any home opens to sell our home, which can be an intrusive period even though it is usually a necessity. Kirrily even helped us to negotiate a mutually agreeable settlement date with the vendor of the home we subsequently purchased. This was going beyond her core responsibilities and demonstrates explicitly that she has the interests of her clients at heart. We could not recommend her highly enough.

Such A Positive Attitude!
We first met John when he showed us through the property, fast forward 7 years we knew who we wanted as our agent to sell our house. John is great at keeping you in the loop on the whole process, with great communication, and was always available if we had any questions. Thank you for your expertise and patience in selling our home. John definitely made the whole process a lot easier with his positive attitude and great knowledge on what the market was doing and also the suburb we lived in.
