Ash was such a treat to work with. He was considerate and empathetic. I felt like I was working with a warm human being - not a salesman, and he treated me with respect. He obviously loves the area and knows the people. My sale was a win-win. I think the buyer was as happy as me to deal with Ash and Jeanette. Thanks too for treating my tenant with respect. Sandi recently sold my apartment at Kirra Beach. She provided excellent marketing material, photographs produced by a professional, and good wording on the 3 platforms, ie good quality paper, Domain and RealEstate.com. In addition, she conducted a weekly open house until sold. She advised on when to sell for the best advantage and proved herself correct as we had a full price offer in the 1st week which unfortunately fell through. However 6 weeks later the apartment sold. Throughout this whole exercise, Sandi was always helpful, encouraging, prompt and cheerful.
