On 2 July 2018, Harcourts Broadbeach - Mermaid Waters were solely appointed to sell our home of 33 years. A comprehensive marketing strategy was promptly developed and agreed to and within the first 2 weeks negotiations had commenced with a motivated purchaser. On 25 July, mutually acceptable contract conditions were agreed to and the sale is currently proceeding through to settlement. To Executive Property Consultant Jayne Lofthouse for achieving this outcome, our sincere thanks Jayne. To Principal Licensee Wendy Lenaghan and Property Consultant Ronnie Jackson, your valuable input is also gratefully acknowledged. Cheers Team and Best wishes.

Having met with several agents in the area I felt that Jayne was the one I could best work with to achieve the result I was after. She has been genuine, diligent and offered excellent advice.

We engaged Wendy Lenaghan as our agent when we decided in May 2018 to sell our home in Broadbeach Waters. We found Wendy to be extremely professional, ethical and effective at all times. She worked tirelessly on our behalf and was always punctual in attending our open home inspections and realistic in her appraisal of the level of interest shown by prospective buyers. Wendy provided excellent strategic advice to improve our prospects of selling our property. As a result of Wendy's efforts our sale was successfully concluded to the satisfaction of both the vendors and the purchasers. We would highly recommend Wendy and her team to anyone who is looking to engage an excellent real estate agent

After we've been to one of Jayne's open homes, she very quickly found the perfect property for us that ticked all the boxes. Jayne looks after her clients well and I would definitely recommend her.

We have seen Jayne on both sides of real estate, buying and selling, and have gotten to know her quite well. She has always been hard working, consistent and represented us and our house very professionally throughout the whole process. Always contactable and friendly. She provided relevant updates as the campaign went with both success in buying and selling 2 properties. I would not hesitate in recommending Jayne to representing your property!

Jayne was an excellent real estate agent. She had tremendous local knowledge of our property and surrounding areas. She gave honest and realistic options for sale price and how to proceed from start to finish. Jayne is an excellent communicator and kept us updated through the entire process (we were based in London at the time of sale). I would have no hesitation in selling or purchasing through Jayne in the future.

We were overseas when this opportunity came up and Wendy made the process easy even with a 14 hour time difference. We had to email documents back and foward and Wendy was available to take our calls when we had any questions and was happy to deal with our son on our behalf. Wendy is a great operator .
