Excellent agent!
Over the years, I have contacted various agents to potentially sell my property. But, there haven't been many that have been successful. Michael is an excellent real estate agent and knows what he's doing. If you have a property that you are wanting to put on the market, he's the person for you. Knowledgeable, professional and organised about his work.

Michael was highly recommended to me when I sold my last property, and I loved the way he worked so much he was my automatic choice when it came to selling my beautiful apartment at The Glades. As it was an unusual property, Michael remained very open minded regarding price, and suggested a specific marketing strategy to maximize interest and attention, as well as gain the best financial outcome possible. Throughout the campaign he remained cheerful and incredibly professional, keeping me well informed every step of the way. He also remained very open minded about the value of property, where many other agents would have their own set formula and limiting belief around price. Excellent
When other agents had continually let me down, were not enthusiastic about selling my home, along came Michael and sold it in 2 weeks. I had been trying for a couple of years to get an agent who really wanted to market my property not just add another onto the agency's books. Will certainly be recommending Michael to my friends/acquaintances who require to sell their property in time.
