I cannot recommend Cushla Quested highly enough. The sale of my apartment was seamless, professional, always in communication, with many explanations of anything I did not understand.

Jayne sold our apartment in Broadbeach just by word of mouth to 2 prospective buyers at a open house for another property. Jayne did a showing for these 2 parties and the place was sold for more than what we wanted on the spot. Very happy with the result! Richard

Our experience was very good. We felt confident with Wendy that she would get the job done. We were never stressed even when our house did not sell under Auction. We would highly recommend her as an agent.

We have used Michael to sell 3 properties over the past 6 years now and each time he has done a fantastic job. Michael possesses all the qualities which make a great agent. He's available, honest, dependable and works hard to achieve the best result. We are definitely lucky to have met Michael and highly recommend him to anyone who's thinking about selling.

Jayne was familiar with Freshwater Point where my sister’s Unit was for sale. We had a number of Open Houses and she kept me well informed after each. She was always patient with those looking at the Unit and was very welcoming,

I had the privilege to have Michael Ellis to sell our first home. He came over and explained everything: always available for calls. The after care this man had was out of this world. Helping us every step of the way. Even moving boxes up all those 30 stairs. You can tell he is genuine: when we first met - My Wife and I made coffee and he brought morning tea - after the sale he spoiled us to gifts and took out for dinner. He took all the pressure away as it was a very stressful time in our lives. He truely will get you the best price and make sure you are happy. After the sale he checks in which is powerful: His knowledge of real estate and Lower Beechmont is crazy: he lives up here and he cares about his locals. I had a bad experience with an agent. Michael put trust back into real estate agents. He has sold nearly all our streets where I used to live. Thank you Michael - I appreciate all that you did for Steph and I and also value our friendship. Don’t go anywhere else. This man lives and breath real estate.
