I had the privilege to have Michael Ellis to sell our first home. He came over and explained everything: always available for calls. The after care this man had was out of this world. Helping us every step of the way. Even moving boxes up all those 30 stairs. You can tell he is genuine: when we first met - My Wife and I made coffee and he brought morning tea - after the sale he spoiled us to gifts and took out for dinner. He took all the pressure away as it was a very stressful time in our lives. He truely will get you the best price and make sure you are happy. After the sale he checks in which is powerful: His knowledge of real estate and Lower Beechmont is crazy: he lives up here and he cares about his locals. I had a bad experience with an agent. Michael put trust back into real estate agents. He has sold nearly all our streets where I used to live.
