I recently sold my Mum’s house through Zanetta and Harcourts and the reason I chose the Harcourts team was because of the interest that they showed in my Mum who is nearly 87 years old. After inviting five different agencies to pitch for the listing I noticed a theme where all of the agents spoke to me and excluded my Mum from the conversation about how they were going to sell and market the house. Even though Mum entrusted me to make any decisions I believe that she still deserved the respect of being treated as the customer as the house belonged to her. Harcourts (Zanetta & Kevin ) were the ONLY agents to take an interest in my Mum and speak to her as the client which I really appreciated. My mum is quite ill at the moment and even though she probably didn’t care too much she did tell me that she liked “the lady and man” that came around and talked with her not only about her house but about her life in general and they took an active interest in my Mum. This is why I decided to list with Harcourts and Zanetta and her team.
