This is the second time I've used the Real Estate agent Lyn Lams to sell my property. In both cases, I have achieved more than asking price because of her diligence of current market trends. I receive many offers both times which indicates to me she knows how to develop value, interest and enthusiasm with potential buyers. There's often some issues throughout the Contract/Settlement Period but with excellent communications, things get resolved promptly and professionally. Phil Sazon is by far a standout in his field of work. As I do not live in Karratha any more selling our house was more stressful as we had to rely on our agent.
