As a first home buyer, Christen was so helpful and patient throughout the entire process of buying my first house - it made what could have been a stressful experience really easy. She went above and beyond in answering all my questions no matter how dumb it seemed, kept me updated throughout the entire process and could always respond within the day. Her professionalism and dedication to her clients is evident and I recommend her if you're looking for people centric agent.

Roge was friendly and helped me to meet at a suitable time for final inspection and handing over of keys. Harcourts staff along with Roge helped me with docusign issues to ensure paperwork was complete.

Zaneta & Dennis were great to deal with. Friendly, great communication & most importantly sold my apartment within a week of listing, for a higher price than I was expecting, with a quick settlement. Having sold 2 other properties recently through different agents, their service well exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

We were one of the lucky ones. We had a rental property at Mount Richon which was managed through Harcourt Focus. When I mentioned to them we were looking at selling the property, Lorraine suggested we speak to their sales division. This was where we meet Kevin Sleight. It was a personalized approach with coming to visit us personally and with a sound knowledge of the area made us feel at ease. We talked over coffee and before we knew it we had an offer on the table. He brought all the forms requiring our signature to us and guided us through the process. It was all very professional and very much appreciated. Thank you Kevin merry Xmas and wish you all the best for 2025. Kind regards Judy and Colin Wathen-Dunn
