Mark was awesome!!
Mark was awesome. We left the property in his hands after moving interstate, and he kept us up to date with detailed email correspondence and phone calls. After a short period the house was sold. Even offered to vacuum the place. Top stuff. Recommended.

Trust - the key quality we were looking for when selecting an agent to sell our units in Lenah Valley. Trust to work for us, with us and in our best interests. Even with a change in our strategy, Colin was supportive and patient as we navigated the lengthy process to complete strata title to ensure we could optimise our outcome in a flat market for investors in multi dwellings to opening up to owner occupiers. He was ready to implement changes and acted quickly on requests, even during a period of leave ensuring he was available and also covered here in Hobart, as needed, by his colleague, Ben. Acting quietly in the background, we should never forget the office crew, Corinne, efficient and effective in everything she does to support Colin to be the best. The overall result, a quick turnaround on sale of our two units, with both having secured contracts within a couple of weeks of relisting. At the end of the day, we are delighted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Colin's services to anyone looking for an agent that they can trust!
