Mark is an amazing agent. Right from the start he was professional and communicated with us beautifully. He gave us plenty of time to think, and was very prompt at answering enquires. We had to extend the contract a couple of times due to unavoidable circumstances and Mark was brilliant in negotiating an extension with the vendors.
