We saw the new listing for a period house in Battery Point late on a Friday evening. In Hobart next morning to view another property in Sandy Bay, we rang Rob Henry who met us 15 minutes later and showed us through. Rob simply directly answered questions and never behaved like a hungry estate agent, almost to the point of underselling the property. In my experience the best agents let the property do the heavy lifting when they can intuitively read the client’s reactions and comments.
