Reliable and easy to talk to
Colin was quick to reply on all my questions. He was reliable and able to get information I needed and was honest when he did not have some of them. He was also able to communicate my questions to the owners and shared his own experience on different issues of property purchase. I also found Colin easy to talk to. He did not push his own agenda and was willing to wait as I took time to make a decision. I highly recommended Colin's services as a real estate agent!

Excellent Agent

We felt comfortable with Colin straight away. He was willing to share his knowledge which made us understand and feel confident that we had the right agent. It is a tricky and emotional business trying to get the best value for your loved home and Colin gave us that expertise. If we had a point of concern he would take the time to explain and all would be sorted. We really liked him.

Honest, reliable, and straight to the point.
I can highly recommend Colin from Harcourts to assist anyone who is after an honest and reliable, hardworking agent to sell there property. Right from the beginning Colin has been a delight to deal with, he will always allow you to have control on price etc of your property. Colin will give his honest valuation on the property and how he believes would be the best way to advertise/market the property, but will also allow plenty of room to move and will work with you to achieve the result you are after. Colin has sales and marketing experience and this showed during my dealing with him. He never stops working hard for you, always answers your calls, or rings you back straight away if he is unable to take the call. We found Rob Henry and the other staff in his office excellent to work with. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was efficient via email or by returning our calls. Rob was able to listen to our concerns. The marketing package suggested, worked well for our property. The negotiations for a sale went smoothly. The price achieved was realistic for our area, in fact a record for Churchill Ave. We would highly recommend Rob and his team at Harcourts.
