I was selling this house from out of State on behalf of my parents who live in NZ, so I was after an agent that was capable of making this process easy for us. I used a number of websites that help me shortlist with a few criteria. 1. Someone who was relatively new to the market 3 – 5 years but had a very strong sales history 2.
