Ben listed our property and found a buyer relatively quickly. Whilst we had a few problems (with the buyers Bank, he kept both parties (and my tenant) thoroughly in the loop. Both he and his P.A., Corinne were fine examples for the real estate industry. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and Harcourts Sandy Bay(management and office admin) to any buyer or seller.
