Honest Agent - Who definitely works for his money!
I was selling this house from out of State on behalf of my parents who live in NZ, so I was after an agent that was capable of making this process easy for us. I used a number of websites that help me shortlist with a few criteria. 1. Someone who was relatively new to the market 3 – 5 years but had a very strong sales history 2. Had to be eager and in touch with the market 3. No sales crap – I didn’t want to have to cut through all the bull I just wanted straight up conversations no over inflated market appraisal and no self-indulgent praise telling me how they are better than the rest After the shortlisting of 4 agents, Colin was selected. Some may say that the selection of Colin was luck but I would say a stroke of genius. While I’m sure most sales of houses can be plain sailing this sale was anything but that. There were complications all through the sale process but having Colin in charge was a blessing and I can tell you when you’re out of state you want someone handling these problems who you have confidence in, it certainly makes things a lot easier. I could write an essay explaining all the virtues of Colin and his work around the sale of this house but I’m afraid it will lose its impact on this site so I will bullet point out attributes and events as they occurred rest assured behind every bullet point was hours of work put in. • Indepth analysis of Market Apprasial • Excellent write up for advertising • Flexible Marketing plan • Large array of contacts • Liase with Home stylists • Organise Repair contractor property ready for sale • Drainage problems • Organise plumbing/building plumbing works for drains • Organise access for plumbing / building works with neighbours • Acted as go between us and the Solicitor If you are looking for an Agent who is honest, knowledgeable, hardworking then Colin is your man. I stand behind this guy with all my own reputation and I’m positive he would not let anyone down if he you give him the chance.

Genuine and Accommodating
