Trustworthy and supportive
Colin was an amazing agent. We had heard good things, but he went above and beyond our expectations! He was always available, listened to what we thought was important and answered all our questions. He gave us clear expectations for the sale and negotiated the best deal for our property. After the contract was signed, he continued to be engaged and ensured it all went smoothly. Colin got 80 year old Mabel her new home!
Colin got 80 year old Mabel her new home by organising and negotiating everything possible as otherwise due to an other real estate agent she would have been homeless. Due to circumstances Mabel required access to her unit within just over 2 weeks on the day of purchase as her house was sold and she had nowhere to go. Colin was always available to talk to or to text, which is so important when everything has to be processed promptly. He negotiates well for the vendor with at the same time keeping the buyer needs in mind. He is very pleasant to deal with and came to Mabel's home to assist with the purchase as she is not able to drive or leave the house by herself. The only comment Mabel would have is that she is still waiting for her welcome hamper ;-) Mabel is now the proud owner of her new abode thanks to the efforts of Colin Miller.

Trustworthy, Supportive and Delivers Results
We met Colin previously when buying another house. That was a very positive experience, however, we still shopped around for an agent as we wanted the best deal we could get. All the agents we spoke to made compelling cases, but Colin's pitch was more targeted at us personally, and frankly, he just seemed to want it more. He proposed a marketing strategy and described likely outcomes in a volitile market. He also provided compelling evidence of the great results he had been getting. Selecting Colin as our agent turned out to be a great decision. Our house was sold within days and the price was well above our most optomistic expectations. Most importantly, Colin kept us informed as offers came in, but cautioned us against making snap descisions which might have led us to accept a lower offer. The process was very seemless and Colin took care of everything. We just needed to keep the place clean. Colin also stayed in contact during the settlement, providing advice and assistance as required. We are very happy that Colin was our agent, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Great Agent
After looking for over two years, we met Colin at house that we had seen online and liked very much. We decided very quickly that we wanted to make an offer, and after a quick call, Colin was sitting down with us a couple of hours later. We had a very positive conversation about our aims and expectations, where Colin listened intently and offered suggestions to refine what we had already largely decided before the meeting. He was friendly and supportive but not at all pushy, and came across as honest and trustworthy. Even after our offer was accepted, Colin remained in contact throughout a long settlement, providing helpful advice and assistance, and demonstrating that our trust in him was well deserved. We are very grateful to have met Colin, who helped make buying our new home, a seemless and positve experience.
