I would personally recommend Colin as an agent.
We have bought and sold dozens of properties, over a 40 year period, in a number of markets. We approached Colin with a reasonably difficult property to market. He was active and enthusiastic, and found us buyers, in a fairly short space of time. He has kept us informed throughout the process, and has been open and straightforward to work with. We couldn’t have been happier with Colin Miller as our agent. He did a fantastic job in the sale of our property at West Moonah. We contacted a few agents in preparation for sale. Colin did so much preparation even before we had made our decision. He was so thorough with everything and very personable- he was a clear winner to sell our house! TOP AGENT.
We sold our home recently and we interviewed 3 agents before deciding who to engage. In the end we decided to go with Colin as he came across as ethical and what he said sounded credible. We weren’t disappointed!!! Our house sold in exactly the time frame Colin set out (5 days!!). And it sold for much more than we thought it would sell for. That is all thanks to the selling process Colin ran and his ability to negotiate with buyers. Additionally, we were keep up to date all the time and knew exactly what was happening and when. We don’t regret for a minute engaging Colin to sell our home. My advice if you are looking for an agent or even considering selling your home yourself - give Colin a call first and let him make it easy for you, fair for the buyers, and achieve a better price for your home.
